Total Combat Entertainment debuted onto the Mixed Martial Arts scene back in November 2003 in Tijuana, Mexico. The objective was to give MMA athletes a venue to showcase their skills in front of a live audience. Through tremendous fan response, Total Combat quickly became the premiere, Southern California MMA event to attend. Fans drove from as far away as Los Angeles, Vegas, and Arizona to witness the modern day equivalent of the worlds oldest sport. Total Combat's first US show was in October of 2005 at a local casino in San Diego County and in 2006, Total Combat became the first, California Athletic Commission sanctioned MMA event in Southern California. Now, 22 events later and over 80,000 people "served," they are in four states, two countries and rapidly growing.
Total Combat features live Mixed Martial Arts action in an approved Octagon Cage, or Boxing Ring along with live entertainment by our infamous Go-Go dancers, The Sexy Combat Dolls. The Dolls provide non-stop entertainment by performing a choreographed intermission show and go-go dancing between fights. Total Combat prides itself on matching some of the best new athletes in the sport, to provide exciting fights. Total Combat is taking MMA to a new level of entertainment with a night club vibe.
The athletes train up to four hours a day or more in preparation for a fight. Almost all have studied martial arts as a lifelong vocation and many are college educated. In addition to their MMA careers, many of these men are business owners. They are also students, professionals or managers working for diverse types of companies. But it is the success, discipline and focus of the all rounded fighter that distinguishes him from any other competitor in or out of Mixed Martial Arts.
Top Athletes from all parts of the world are eager to fight in Total Combat, as fighters must fight regularly in a professional circuit to maintain and build their professional fighting records.
